This 12-week journey is designed for women who feel overwhelmed, emotionally heavy, disconnected, or stuck in patterns they can’t think their way out of.
Together, we move slowly and intentionally — helping your body release what it’s been carrying, so you can reclaim safety, softness, and presence within yourself again.
Whether you choose in-person or virtual, the work is the same: nervous system rewiring, emotional root work, and somatic healing that honors your body’s pace.
A Curated, Aligned Healing Space
This journey moves deeply into emotional and somatic layers, and to honor the integrity of the work, I keep my client load intentionally low so each woman receives the presence and attunement she deserves. Because the process is sensitive and requires energetic alignment, we begin with a Journey Fit Call — a gentle conversation where we explore clarity together and discern whether this is the right season and level of support for your healing.

Weeks 1–3: Safety & Awareness
Understanding your patterns, meeting your body with compassion, building internal safety.
Weeks 4–6: Release & Regulation
Emotional unwinding, breath-based release, shifting out of survival responses.
Weeks 7–9: Integration & Repatterning
Rebuilding emotional pathways, expanding capacity, creating new responses.
Weeks 10–12: Embodiment & Expansion
Anchoring your new baseline of safety, clarity, and emotional freedom.

Somatic-only (no bodywork).
Grounded, face-to-face support.

Held live via Zoom.
