Q is the founder of MAVEN & MUSE® and the creator of Restorative Flow™, her signature approach to integrative bodywork and nervous system centered care.

Her work explores the relationship between the lymphatic system, fascia, nervous system, breath, physical tension, and the ways experiences can be held within the body.

Through Restorative Flow™, Q brings together Manual Lymphatic Drainage, fascial support, neuro-somatic techniques, somatic guidance, nervous system support, emotional release support, and restorative bodywork according to the needs of the individual client.

Rather than approaching each system separately, her work is designed to support the whole person and create space for the body to soften, regulate, move, and release at its own pace.

Her sessions are trauma informed, consent led, and individualized, making her especially suited for clients seeking specialized lymphatic care, nervous system support, somatic integration, or a more layered approach than traditional massage alone.

Rainey is a Licensed Massage Therapist whose work blends Manual Lymphatic Drainage with therapeutic and relaxation focused bodywork.

Her sessions are especially supportive for clients seeking lymphatic care while also addressing muscular tension, everyday stress, physical fatigue, recovery, or the need to simply slow down and decompress.

Depending on the goals of the session, Rainey may combine gentle lymphatic techniques with therapeutic massage, relaxation focused bodywork, and diaphragmatic breathing.

Her approach allows clients to receive therapeutic work that addresses areas of tension while maintaining a calming and restorative experience.
