Clear expectations protect everyone’s time and safety.

Please provide at least 24 hours notice for any appointment change or cancellation. Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in the deposit being forfeited.

For a no call or no show appointment, the deposit will be forfeited and the card on file will be charged the full price of the scheduled service. If the client has a package, the scheduled service will be deducted from the remaining sessions.

If you have a fever, a known infection, or have experienced vomiting or diarrhea within the 24 hours before your appointment, please cancel or reschedule. Emergencies, illness, and inclement weather are reviewed individually.

Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your appointment. Arriving after your scheduled start time may shorten your service so the session can still end on time. The full service fee will be charged.

If we cause a delay, we will add time when possible or adjust the service charge appropriately.

Massage therapy and wellness services are provided for relaxation and therapeutic purposes only. There is no sexual component to any MAVEN & MUSE® service.

Sexual insinuation, gestures, conversation, or requests will result in immediate termination of the session and refusal of future services. Every client and practitioner deserves respect and dignity. Either person may end a session at any time if they feel unsafe or uncomfortable.
