Inner Release is a 6-week collective Neuro-somatic journey. Intentionally small and intimate for women who are carrying emotional heaviness, overwhelm, or quiet disconnection… and long to be supported in a space where they don’t have to do it all alone.
This journey blends somatic practices, nervous system regulation, emotional unwinding, and gentle weekly themes. No pressure. No performing. Just women healing, breathing, and returning to themselves together.
