A thoughtful starting point

Benefits are possibilities, not promises.

Every body and health history is different. The information below helps with service selection but cannot determine medical suitability on its own. Please disclose relevant conditions, medications, recent procedures, and pregnancy before your appointment. When a service is not appropriate, we will help you pause, modify, or seek medical clearance.

Signature integrative bodywork

Restorative Flow

120 minutes$305

Our signature integrative experience combines NeuroSomatic work, nervous system regulation, somatic guidance, emotional release support, manual lymphatic drainage, and fascial release.

What the experience may include

Your session may include rhythmic lymphatic techniques, fascial release, NeuroSomatic guidance, stillness, breath, and deeply attuned touch. Your practitioner holds safe, supportive space for the body to exhale. The exact flow is shaped by your goals, consent, and how your body presents that day.

Possible benefits

  • May support fluid movement and fascial ease
  • May create space for somatic and emotional release
  • Supports nervous system regulation, body awareness, and rest

Who it may suit

  • Clients who want layered whole body support
  • Individuals seeking more nervous system support or space for emotional release
  • Individuals living with ongoing stress, tension, or a sense of disconnection

When to pause or check first

  • Fever, active infection, cellulitis, or contagious illness
  • Known or suspected blood clot, deep vein thrombosis, or unexplained new swelling
  • Uncontrolled heart or kidney conditions, recent stroke, or significant circulatory concerns
  • Recent surgery or procedure without clearance, open wounds, or an acute injury
  • Pregnancy or active cancer treatment without prior care coordination

Because Restorative Flow includes lymphatic work, some medical conditions require written clearance or a modified session. Contact us before booking if you are uncertain.

03

Specialized lymphatic care

Manual Lymphatic Drainage

90 or 120 minutes$205 or $275

A gentle, rhythmic session focused on supporting the natural movement of lymph fluid, easing feelings of heaviness or congestion, and offering fascial support when appropriate.

What the experience may include

Manual Lymphatic Drainage uses light, intentional pressure and a specific sequence. Your session may also include gentle fascial work to support tissue comfort and mobility. It is not deep tissue massage. Your intake helps your practitioner determine the safest areas and direction of work.

Possible benefits

  • May help reduce certain types of swelling
  • May support comfort and fluid movement
  • May support fascial comfort and mobility

Who it may suit

  • Clients experiencing swelling, fluid retention, heaviness, fatigue, or inflammation after appropriate medical evaluation
  • Clients living with autoimmune conditions or hormone related concerns who have medical clearance and want supportive bodywork
  • Clients seeking support after a procedure when medically cleared

When to pause or check first

  • Fever, active infection, cellulitis, or contagious illness
  • Known or suspected blood clot or deep vein thrombosis
  • Uncontrolled heart disease, kidney failure, or recent stroke
  • New or rapidly increasing swelling that has not been medically evaluated
  • An active autoimmune flare or new unexplained systemic symptoms
  • Recent surgery, active cancer treatment, or a complex medical condition without clearance

Persistent, sudden, painful, red, or one sided swelling should be evaluated by a medical professional before massage. Manual Lymphatic Drainage is supportive care. It does not remove excess hormones or treat inflammatory, autoimmune, or endocrine conditions, and it is not a replacement for medical treatment or compression prescribed by your clinician.

04

Nervous system and body awareness support

Somatic Healing Session

60 minutes$165

An integrative and intuitive session that supports awareness of body cues, personal patterns, and practical ways to meet stress with greater steadiness.

What the experience may include

Sessions may include guided body awareness, trauma informed breathwork, nervous system education, and supportive conversation. This is a guided session and does not include massage or hands on bodywork. You remain in choice throughout the experience and may pause at any time.

  • Introduces practical regulation tools
  • Creates a supportive space for reflection and reconnection

Who it may suit

  • Clients feeling overwhelmed, emotionally stretched, or disconnected from the body
  • People who want guided practice rather than hands on bodywork
  • Clients seeking continued support for nervous system awareness

When to pause or check first

  • This service is not psychotherapy, psychiatric care, or crisis treatment
  • An acute mental health crisis, active thoughts of self harm, psychosis, or severe instability requires licensed clinical or emergency support
  • Breath practices may be modified for pregnancy, respiratory conditions, cardiovascular concerns, dizziness, or a history of fainting

You do not need to disclose every detail of your story. Your comfort, consent, and capacity guide the session.

05

Vibroacoustic therapy and red light

Reset Session

60 minutes$75

A quiet, nonverbal experience using sound, gentle vibration, and red light to create space for intentional decompression, rest, and nervous system regulation.

What the experience may include

You relax fully clothed while sound and low frequency vibration move through the support surface. The session requires minimal conversation and does not include hands on bodywork.

Possible benefits

  • May encourage relaxation and quiet mental activity
  • May support nervous system regulation and sensory settling
  • Offers rest without hands on bodywork

Who it may suit

  • Individuals seeking a simple restorative experience
  • Clients who enjoy sound and gentle vibration
  • Individuals with medically managed dementia, autism, ADHD, or respiratory conditions who have healthcare practitioner approval and are seeking complementary relaxation support

When to pause or check first

  • Contact us before booking if you are pregnant or have a seizure disorder, implanted electronic device, significant heart or circulatory condition, respiratory condition, or recent surgery
  • Clients with dementia, autism, ADHD, sensory processing differences, or respiratory concerns should contact us before booking so comfort, consent, supervision, and medical clearance can be reviewed
  • Red light may not be appropriate with certain photosensitizing medications or light sensitive conditions
  • This may not be comfortable for clients with strong sound, light, or vibration sensitivity
  • Fever, acute illness, or suspected blood clot requires postponement and medical evaluation

Research on vibroacoustic therapy is still developing. Reset is offered for wellness, relaxation, and complementary nervous system support. It does not treat dementia, autism, ADHD, respiratory disease, or any other medical or mental health condition.

06

Noninvasive ear point support

Ear Seeding / Auriculotherapy

30 minutes$75

A focused session using tiny beads placed on selected points of the outer ear according to your goals.

What the experience may include

Your practitioner selects points, applies the tiny beads with small adhesive patches, and explains how to press them gently at home. The beads do not puncture the skin and are removed according to your aftercare instructions.

Possible benefits

  • Offers a focused and noninvasive wellness option
  • Provides personalized ear point selection
  • May complement a broader plan for pain management or weight related wellness goals

Who it may suit

  • Clients seeking support for relaxation, sleep, tension, or stress response
  • Clients interested in complementary support for pain management or weight related goals
  • Clients comfortable following simple home care instructions

When to pause or check first

  • Known allergy or sensitivity to adhesives, latex, or metals
  • Pregnancy or a complex medical condition should be discussed before treatment
