WHAT HAPPENS IN A SESSION?
Craniosacral Therapy is a clothed session where the therapist uses a gentle and light touch on various body parts, such as the head, sacrum, feet, spine, sternum, and abdomen, to feel the body’s natural cranial and spinal fluid rhythm. These points can also harbor emotions. Your therapist moves to different parts of the body, releasing tension, trapped emotions, and fascia while calming the central nervous system.
WHAT WILL I FEEL DURING AND/OR AFTER A SESSION?
Although each session varies, it is typical to feel instantly calm. You may experience twitching and movement in the muscles, yawning, the desire to take deep breaths, emotions, relief, happiness, dizziness, and tiredness.
